I am a Kundalini Yoga and Breathwork practitioner and teacher, dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves through conscious movement, breath, meditation, and inner awareness. For the past three years, I have been deeply involved in the practice and teaching of Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and holistic healing. My approach is rooted in creating balance between the body, mind, and spirit, while helping individuals develop greater clarity, strength, awareness, and inner peace. My journey is also deeply connected with the teachings of Sikhi—a path that continues to guide me toward humility, compassion, discipline, selfless service, remembrance of the Divine, and living with truth and purpose. Through my work, I aim not only to teach practices, but to create a space where people can slow down, breathe consciously, look within, and experience their own inner strength. My intention is simple: to help people heal, grow, and reconnect with the deeper self through breath, awareness, yoga, and spiritual practice.
